 DESCRIPTION

Test equipment conforming to -ASTM D86, ASTM D850, ASTM D1078

with electric heating assembly with Copper coil type voltage variac temperature controller, cooling bath (non-refrigeration), distillation flask, graduated cylinder , heater boards ,diameter center holes made of Ceran Glass, thermometers conforming to ASTM D86, ASTM D850, ASTM D1078 supplied with certificate.

• Powder coated exterior body in attractive shades

• Flask heater compartment with cooling fan.

• Smooth lifting device for flask

• Low voltage long lasting heating coil with precise power adjustment by potentiometer.

• CLASS - A, PT-100 with temperature indicator for vapor .

• Temperature indication and controller for condenser and receiver section.

• In-built refrigeration system for condenser and receiver.

• Fire extinguisher (Manual - External N2/C2 is required)

• Optical sensor with beep for accurate reading of IBP and every drop with LED Flashing. .

• Glass PT 100 Vapor Temperature Probe with Digital Indicator (Auto barometric correction)

FREEZING POINT APPARATUS - WITH IN-BUILT REFRIGERATION SYSTEM UPTO -70 °C

 DESCRIPTION

This standard outlines a method for determining the temperature at which solid hydrocarbon crystals form in turbine and reciprocating engine fuels under cooling conditions. These conditions may occur during flight or while on an airfield, making this test critical for aviation safety and fuel reliability.

1. Equipment Would comply with ASTM D1177, ASTM D2386

2. Equipment  following features/components;

? The entire instrument assembly Consists of Unsilvered

? vacuum flask approx. 10 liter capacity, Jacketed (or higher capacity)

? sample tube, Brass packing gland, Motorized stirrer,

? Stopper, Clamps, Refrigerated water-bath and Stand.

? Temperature range from 0 to -70 oC.

ULTRA LOW TEMP. KINEMATIC VISCOSITY BATH -40 ?C

 DESCRIPTION

Used for determination of kinematic and intrinsic viscosity Of fuels, lubricants & petrochemical raw materials at constant temperatures in accordance with ASTM D445, IS 1448 (P-25), ASTM D446

• Microprocessor based circuitry assures precise, reliable temperature control within specified tolerances throughout the operating range of the bath i.e. -40 °C to ambient temperature

• Dual digital displays show set and actual bath temperature

• Simple push button controls and digital display would permit easy setting and monitoring of bath temperature.

• Bath accommodates 04 Nos glass capillary reversion viscometers of various types at a time

• Viewing the viscometers is will be made easy by technical Specifications of Refrigeration System:
