Automatic Blaine Apparatus, with inbuilt data recording & control system

The Automatic Blaine would have following features:
•Single touch operation:
•Automatic control of the movement of fluid until the upper mark.
•Automatic sensing of the upper & lower marks ensuring error free repeatable measurement of the time taken for the liquid column to fall.
•Automatic measurement of temperature during the test using a Pt 100 probe
•Automatic correction of formula for calculation of the Blaine value per IS:5516 with variation in temperature.
•Facility to operate in either Stand-alone Mode or through a Computer Controlled system complete with software.
•Login Facility as Supervisor & Operator
•Report Generation based on Date/Time, User type & type of cement
•Facility to measure Cement Sample Load
•Facility to Monitor and Configure various Cement types
•Timing accuracy up to 200mSec.
•Power Consumption less than 5W
 

BALL MILL
 TECHNICAL DETAIL
Laboratory Ball Mill , primarily designed for grinding pigments. The material be ground at a specific speed by using a specific quantity of grinding media (steel balls) for a specific period , for making the ground cement samples in the laboratory. The equipment be provided with a revolution counter for recording the revolutions.
Suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase, AC supply.

For determination of change in size of a concrete or cement sample, brought
about by a change in moisture content,
The apparatus can be used for three basic tests:
Initial drying shrinkage
•The difference between the length of the cured specimen and the length when it is dried.
Drying shrinkage
•The difference between the length of the specimen from existing structure and its length when completely dried.
Moisture movement
•The difference between the length of the dried specimen and its length when again saturated with water.
The equipment consist of following replaceable parts :
•Length Comparator Frame
•Reference Bar
•Digital Dial Gauge 0-25mm x 0.001mm
 

SLUMP TEST APPARATUS
TECHNICAL DETAIL

The slump cone is filled with freshly mixed concrete and is tamped with a tamping bar in four layers. The top of the concrete is levelled off  with the top of the slump cone, the cone is lifted vertically up and the slump  of the sample is immediately measured. Base has cleats on its underside to help dig into the ground surface. Positive clamping of slump cone to the base while filling and tamping the concrete.
A combination swivel carrying handle also serves as the datum making the conventional and somewhat awkward measuring procedure of using a foot rule and a datum bar, a thing of the past.
The equipment consist of following replaceable parts :
