COMPUTERIZED COOLING TOWER TEST BENCH
 DESCRIPTION 
The atomizer sprays the water will be cooled over the wet deck surface. The water trickles from the top to the bottom along the wet deck surface whilst air flows from the bottom to the top. The heat is transferred directly from the water to the air by convection and evaporation. The evaporated water volume is recorded. The airflow is generated by a fan and adjusted using a throttle valve.

COMPUTERIZED ICE PLANT TRAINER
 DESCRITION 
The unit enables the students to study the Basic Principals of ice plant cycle within a short period. The test rig is designed for the study of thermodynamics of vapour Compression refrigeration cycle by way of demonstration and experimentation. It has a facility to measure various parameters for experimentation. Ice cans are kept in liquid tank, which is cooled by the refrigerant evaporator. As conventional ice plants take 12-24 hours to complete the cycle, this ice plant is specially designed to demonstrate process of ice formation to be complete within period of 4 hours and hence it is most suitable for laboratory use.
The present set-up has a facility to interface the system with computer which  enables  to  log  the  experimental  data  using  computer.  The educational software and data-logging package has been developed for unit. The software environment
 
base is of Labview of NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS, USA. This software is compatible to interfacing unit designed by CL. Engineers. This software package provides a comprehensive educational software environment within which the investigations can be
performed. This software is capable to tabulate the sample readings according to the requirement of experiment under study and results obtained can be compared. CUT SECTION MODEL OF ROTARY HERMETIC COMPRESSOR
 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 
This model will be made out of original parts. The model will be suitably sectioned to demonstrate the internal construction details showing the minute information, and working of the same, the model will be suitably painted and mounted on a metal or Mild Steel Sheet base & supplied with key card & very interesting literature regarding working of the same.

It consists of a stationary cylinder, a roller and a shaft. 
The shaft has an eccentric on which the roller is mounted. 
A blade is set into the slot of a cylinder in such a manner that it always maintains contacts with a sloter by means of a spring. 
The blade moves in and out of the slot to follow the rotor when it rotates. 
Since the blade separates the suction and discharge parts, therefore it is often called a sealing blade. When the shaft rotates, the roller also rotates the roller rotates so that it always touches the cylinder wall
