MUFFLE FURNACE
 TECHNICAL DETAIL
Outer cover made of double walled CRCA sheet, duly epoxy powder coated.
Working temperature up to 1100 oC max. design for max. over shoot temperature up to 1200 oC. soaking time for continues working temp. 1100 oC, max. 8 hours. 
Sensor provided will be CHROMEL / ALUMEL Thermocouple, with High temperature ceramic sheathed and back side mounting facility.
Control panel provided at Top of the Muffle furnace with sufficient gap for air pass through & no direct contact of outer body of Muffle furnace with the control panel.
High temperature Muffle Furnace manufactured & designed to work up to 1100 oC, as mention features,
Furnace operating temperature 1200 oC max., with continuous sock time operation 4-6 hrs., at 1100 oC.
Temperature Controller PID Profile with 4 ramp & 4 Soak step control logic.
Control logic with SSR control power pack & PID temperature controller.
Temperature accuracy ± 5 oC. at max. operating temperature.
Furnace heating element is Kanthal A-1 wire wounded over the Muffle for uniform heating.

CASCADE CONTINUOUS STIRRED TANK REACTOR (COMPRESSED AIR FEED SYSTEM)
TECHNICAL DETAIL
Three Reactors having capacity 2 liters, should be made of stainless steel 304 Grade and fitted with three stirrers of stainless steel impeller 304 Grade and shaft coupled with FHP Motor. 
Two reactants should be circulated by compressed air system from two feed tanks having capacity 20 liters, 1.2 mm thick, made of stainless steel 304 grade to reactor and measured by Rotameters. 
Bourdon type Pressure gauge, 0-2 Kg/cm2 and pressure regulators, 0-2 Kg/cm2 
All the ball Valves imported. 
Operating temperature range should be -40°F to 302°F, Working pressure of valve range of 600psi & valves use in vacuum pressure up to 2x10-5 psi.
The whole set-up should be well designed and arranged on a rigid structure painted with industrial PU Paint.

SIEVE PLATE DISTILLATION COLUMN
 TECHNICAL DETAIL
Distillation column having dia. 110 mm, made of stainless steel 304 Grade fitted with seven sieve trays and shell & tube type condenser made of stainless steel 304 Grade.
Steam generator made of stainless steel with pressure gauge, level indicator, safety valve, drain and insulated with ceramic wool cladded with aluminum foil with Nichrome wire heater digitally controlled by closed loop PID controller 0-199.9°C, Omron/Schneider/LAE make.
Distillate tank and bottom product tank, capacity 5 liters, made of stainless steel 304 Grade and reflux divider.
Flow rate of cold water measured by flow sensors with local digital display.
Temperature Sensors RTD PT-100 type (IST/CRZ make, Class A, α=0.003851) with temperature transmitter and local digital display.
Digital Temp. Indicator 0-199.9°C, MIPL/VEPL make with multi-channel switch, L&T/standard make On/Off switch, Mains Indicator & fuse etc.
The whole set-up well designed and arranged on a rigid structure painted with industrial PU Paint

CALIBRATION OF THERMOCOUPLE
TECHNICAL DETAIL 
A thermocouple pocket with three thermocouples of standard make i.e. Fe-Constantan (J-Type), CR / Al (K-Type) & Cu-Constantan (T-Type) 
A water bath with heating element with ceramic insulation and controlled with the help of digital temp controller at any preset valve.
